For years, I felt like I had to shrink to succeed. Show up polished, but never too powerful. Present, but never visible.

And I knew I wasn’t alone.

So I built the very thing I needed: a space where women could be
bold, seen, sparkly, and successful - without apology.

That spark became the Glittersphere.

Because visibility isn’t vanity. It’s freedom.

This isn’t about me. It’s about what I know you can be.

I’ve been where you are.
I’ve also been where you want to go.

I’m Nishma Patel Robb, former Google Brand Marketing Chief, 101st
President of Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership
(WACL), Fellow of The Marketing Society and IPA, speaker, storyteller, stage-
filler, and unapologetic sparkle-slinger.

But the part I’m proudest of? Helping brilliant women who were hiding in the shadows finally step into their spotlight… and own it.

Glittersphere is the space I wish had existed earlier in my career. A place to find a hype crew, get bolder with my story, have a bloody good time, and wear sequins without apology.

Because I believe the most honest, free, and authentic version of ourselves shows up on the dance floor under
the glitter ball.
